How do I know the weight of my goods?
The weight of the goods that you are purchasing will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order, you don't have to become a member to check your freight, just press buy change the qty if need be, type in your postcode in the space provided below and press the recalculate button.
Please note all our freight costs include full standard insurance.
How quick is my order processed?
From when we get your order it will take 1-2 working days for the team to process you order, if we are unable to contact you it may take longer.
How long until my order is delivered?
We deliver products to Australia and NZ wide.
Deliveries within Australia metropolitan areas are normally shipped within 1-2 working days, eta is direct from the courier we can arrange a same day courier at a extra charge for you, pls call one of our friendly staff for any costing you need.
Delivery dispatching within Australia excluding metropolitan areas can take 3-10 working days depending on location, town, and availability of couriers delivering to your area. PLease call sales on 02 9630 3533 for more information.
Delivery dispatching to New Zealand areas can take 4-12 working days depending on location, town, and availability of couriers delivering to your area, please call to check.
Important note!
All deliveries are sent with a registered courier whom must MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature; and will return the goods back to the warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.
If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.
